Physical TherapistMore DetailsProvides skilled physical therapy in accordance with the physician's plan of care. Treats patients to relieve pain, develop and restore function, and maintain maximum performance using appropriate physical therapy treatments, modalities, and procedures as stated in the physical therapy plan of care. Evaluates, and regularly reevaluates, the rehabilitation needs of the patient; initiates, develops, implements, and makes necessary revisions to the patient's plan of care.
