Acts as advocate among patients, caregivers, Agency personnel, and community members. Directly and indirectly promotes the Agency's services through involvement of planning, implementing, and participating in public awareness activities and events. Represents the Agency in applicable community organizations in order to inform them of the latest information regarding the Agency's services and Federal and State rules and regulations set forth to govern such agencies. Complies with all policies and procedures of the Agency and all rules and regulations set forth to govern such agencies.

Physical TherapistMore Details
Provides skilled physical therapy in accordance with the physician's plan of care. Treats patients to relieve pain, develop and restore function, and maintain maximum performance using appropriate physical therapy treatments, modalities, and procedures as stated in the physical therapy plan of care. Evaluates, and regularly reevaluates, the rehabilitation needs of the patient; initiates, develops, implements, and makes necessary revisions to the patient's plan of care.
